Franconia Region, NH

The 840 acre Cooley-Jericho Community Forest (Cool J Glade) is a unique property as four towns (Franconia, Sugar Hill, Easton, and Landaff) are wrapped into the stewardship with fee ownership held by Ammonoosuc Conservation Trust, a local conservation leader.

Newly developed in the Fall of 2019, Cool J Glade is a similar zone to Crescent Ridge Glade as it contains jaw-dropping views on the ascent of Mount Lafayette (with a side profile of Cannon Mountain for added bonus). The mid-range skintrack gradually meanders its way to four sporty glade lines ranging from 400 to 800+ vertical feet, with plenty of features, drops, large yellow birches, and views to make any tour worthwhile for all abilities.

When the tour is complete, checkout some apres options at the Iron Furnace (Franconia), Reklis Brewing Company (Bethlehem), or Schilling Brewing Company (Littleton).
