PACK LEADERS CHANGED THE GAME
Coming into our second season of glading, we realized we had a potential problem on our hands. Without a management adjustment, we were unable to scale our operations to handle large glade-day turnouts. We proactively created the “Pack Leaders” as a solution, which was to insert trained and trusted managers into the process, controlling small groups of 6-8 people, all to reduce the chaos of early morning glade zone bustle. It worked. We love our Packies!
